FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

1. Regional (Arab Gulf and Lebanon) photographers are eligible to list on the Gulf Photo Plus (GPP) directory of professional photographers.

2. GPP does not select or restrict photographers.

3. ‘Professional’ photographers are those who are available (full time or part time) to provide their service to clients.

4. GPP does not enter into discussions, negotiations or disputes between photographers and clients.

5. GPP reserves the right to block or remove (in part or full) any photographer’s gallery if images or content are considered inappropriate or insensitive to the cultural or social values and mores of the region. There will be no refund in part or full to the photographer.

6. GPP will undertake some activity to promote the directory monthly. The type of activity will be at the discretion of GPP.

7. A subscription of 350AED secures a GPP Professional gallery page for 12 months form the date of payment.

8. A gallery page can be removed on request by the photographer (to GPP) before the ed of the 12 month period. There will be no refund in part or full for early cancellation of the gallery page by photographer.

FOR CLIENTS

1. Photographers listed on the GPP Professional site are not selected or restricted in any way by GPP.

2. Photographers listed in the GPP Professional directory are not endorsed or recommended by GPP. The GPP Professional site is a directory of available regional photographers only.
3. GPP does not charge commission or fees of any kind to clients. The only payment amount is that agreed between the client and photographer.

4. GPP does not enter into discussions, negotiations or disputes between photographers and clients.
