The competition is open to UAE residents only but the pictures can be from anywhere as long as they adhere to the theme and the submitted images can be taken by any make of camera.

The winners will be announced at a special event on Thursday, November 19th during the gulf photo plus FotoWeekend 2009 by a panel of judges of world renowned photographers that will be teaching at the weekend event.
