How do I book ?	* Bookings are essential and places are not confirmed without payment * Bookings can be made via the on-line credit card system. This system is secure and provided by 2CO. * Payment can also be made via direct bank transfer. For bank account details please email info@gulfphotoplus.com .

Terms and Conditions	All Photo Friday lecture tickets (Full Price and Open Day Tickets) are non-refundable. * All Photo Friday lecture tickets and workshop tickets are transferable. * Workshop tickets purchased at Early Bird or other promotional discount prices are non-refundable. * Full Price tickets purchased after the Feb 1, 2010 Early Bird deadline are refundable as follows: 21 days or more to workshop Refund of 50% of ticket price 20 to 10 days to workshop Refund of 25% of ticket price Less than 10 days to workshop No refund * Workshop tickets are transferable, however the name of the ticket purchaser will appear on the E_Ticket. It is the responsibility of the new ticket holder to notify Gulf Photo Plus of the new attendee name by email to info@gulfphotoplus.com before the date of the workshop. * Purchase of a workshop or lecture ticket is agreement that the organisers will not be held responsible or liable for any personal accident or equipment loss or damage. * Participation in the Gulf Photo Plus event is completely at the discretion of the attendee and all responsibility and liability for personal and equipment safety is accepted by the participating ticket holder. Gulf Photo Plus Workshop Participation Agreement Images It is a condition of participation that student photographers agree to provide photographs for models to use in their portfolios and for personal promotional purposes (not commercial sale or use). I accept that no images with models arranged by Gulf Photo Plus will be used (for personal promotion or commercial purposes) without a signed model release. I understand that a signed model release will be available on request in exchange for the model images. Insurance Waiver The organisers of Gulf Photo Plus are diligent in their delivery of a safe workshop and event experience. Gulf Photo Plus organisers, instructors and supervisors of workshop venues (private and public) take all due care in arrangements of the workshops and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of registered Gulf Photo Plus participants, models and volunteers. Participants will be advised of any unusual health and safety requirements at the commencement of workshops and are expected to adhere to these rules. Participation in the workshops is entirely at the participant’s own risk and any right to claim compensation for any accident, injury, loss or damage to self or equipment is waived. In particular participants accept full responsibility for their equipment against loss or theft, and acknowledge that they use the lighting equipment and travel provided by private buses to location shoots at their own risk. Students under the age of 18 will be required to bring a letter of consent from their parent/guardian to be presented at time of registration. I confirm that I have read and acknowledge the terms and conditions of participation as above.
